Evergy was mandated to perform Technical Due Diligence for the acquisition of a diversified portfolio comprising eight solar PV plants with a cumulative capacity of 256 MWp.
The PV assets are situated in the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. The portfolio includes two projects planned with single-axis tracking systems, five with fixed-tilt structures and east-west orientation, and one floating PV installation. At the time of engagement, several plants had received permitting approval, while others were still progressing through the permitting process.

- Evaluation of permitting documentation and regulatory alignment
- Recommendations for technical design optimisation
- Feasibility analysis of design modifications with respect to permitting approval
- Review and plausibility assessment of existing energy yield evaluations
