Hive Portfolio

Evergy was mandated to perform Technical Due Diligence for the acquisition of a diversified portfolio comprising eight solar PV plants with a cumulative capacity of 256 MWp.

The PV assets are situated in the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy. The portfolio includes two projects planned with single-axis tracking systems, five with fixed-tilt structures and east-west orientation, and one floating PV installation. At the time of engagement, several plants had received permitting approval, while others were still progressing through the permitting process.

Assessment of development status and probability of achieving “ready-to-build” status
Evaluation of permitting documentation and regulatory alignment
Recommendations for technical design optimisation
Feasibility analysis of design modifications with respect to permitting approval
Review and plausibility assessment of existing energy yield evaluations
