The scope included a detailed review of construction timelines, technology selection, permitting, grid connection arrangements, financial model assumptions, ESG compliance, and all key project contracts.
The Scurf Dyke project comprises an 80 MWp solar PV plant integrated with an 8 MW / 16 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS)—the largest of its kind in the UK at the time of engagement. The project was in the development stage and required close coordination among the developer, equity investor, and debt provider.
